2018年12月14日，上海安居樂環(huán)保科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱“安居樂環(huán)！保┑陌踩托顭崾絍OCs焚燒裝置GRTO入選2018年重點(diǎn)環(huán)境保護(hù)實(shí)用技術(shù)名錄。這家安全型蓄熱式VOCs焚燒裝置GRTO為什么能在數(shù)千家環(huán)保公司中脫穎而出，入選2018年重點(diǎn)環(huán)境保護(hù)實(shí)用技術(shù)？ 安全型蓄熱式熱力氧化爐（Guarantee Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer，簡稱GRTO）原理是將VOCs廢氣加熱到有機(jī)物自燃點(diǎn)以上，廢氣中的有機(jī)物在高溫下與氧氣發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng)，使廢氣中的碳?xì)浠衔镒兂蒀O2和H2O。 該技術(shù)含有明火即涉及安全問題。現(xiàn)有的蓄熱式熱力氧化器在有機(jī)廢氣凈化中的應(yīng)用已有40多年歷史，技術(shù)已經(jīng)成熟，應(yīng)用普遍，但是對于廢氣濃度波動較大、或者有機(jī)物濃度＞25% LEL的有機(jī)廢氣，國內(nèi)外出現(xiàn)過較多的事件如浙江某經(jīng)開區(qū)園區(qū)內(nèi)，7家RTO裝置，有3家發(fā)生造成生命財(cái)產(chǎn)損失，所以安全對于RTO來說至關(guān)重要。 從數(shù)十頁的評估報(bào)告來看，筆者得出以下幾點(diǎn)： GRTO安全性技術(shù)優(yōu)勢： 1.硬件安全性 機(jī)械阻火器：防止GRTO氧化室由于粉塵顆粒物著火或者壓力波動涉及管道發(fā)生回火； LEL監(jiān)測儀：嚴(yán)格控制GRTO入口廢氣濃度不超過25%LEL； 濃度檢測儀：廢氣濃度很高但不超過25%LEL，應(yīng)在前端足夠距離處安裝氣體濃度在線檢測儀，并采用稀釋或增設(shè)旁通等方法，對廢氣進(jìn)行安全處理； 噴淋洗滌塔：有效降低進(jìn)入GRTO的可燃性氣體的濃度和固體顆粒物，延長停留時(shí)間； 緊急旁通：避免超過25%LEL的廢氣進(jìn)入到GRTO發(fā)生安全事故； 泄爆門：極速降低爐膛壓力； 熱電偶：多支用于溫度顯示、記錄、連鎖控制； 壓差開關(guān)、壓差表：防止?fàn)t體堵塞； 急停按鈕：實(shí)現(xiàn)緊急停。 2.軟件安全性 點(diǎn)火程序控制：新鮮空氣對爐膛內(nèi)的殘留廢氣進(jìn)行吹掃，以避免危險(xiǎn)；設(shè)置GRTO燃燒器為長明火裝置。 高溫控制報(bào)警：高溫限制器于主控制盤上獨(dú)立控制，并需經(jīng)FM 認(rèn)證，高溫控制報(bào)警； 應(yīng)急停電系統(tǒng)：一臺應(yīng)急壓縮空氣儲氣罐、UPS和手自動控制的泄爆門 爐膛溫度過高應(yīng)急保護(hù)：雙電偶監(jiān)控溫度，連鎖PLC實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)急關(guān)閉； 排煙溫度控制：排煙溫度(蓄熱式下層溫度) 與閥門進(jìn)行連鎖控制 3.運(yùn)行安全性 安全啟機(jī)預(yù)熱：首先點(diǎn)燃燃料串的母火，確認(rèn)無誤后再導(dǎo)入天然氣點(diǎn)燃主火進(jìn)行預(yù)熱爐體； 吹掃：在GRTO啟動時(shí)，根據(jù)NFPA規(guī)定先對GRTO進(jìn)行吹掃，至少置換6倍GRTO體積的新鮮空氣； 控溫：當(dāng)GRTO溫度出現(xiàn)異常時(shí)（即前端濃度太高），通過PLC程序自動控制關(guān)閉進(jìn)氣閥，全開異常外排和新風(fēng)閥，使GRTO設(shè)備完全通過新鮮風(fēng)降溫； 報(bào)警：系統(tǒng)發(fā)生報(bào)警，將會在觸控式熒幕上顯示何時(shí)何地發(fā)生何種報(bào)警，便于及時(shí)排查系統(tǒng)故障； 引風(fēng)機(jī)故障：引風(fēng)機(jī)故障自動采取停爐處理 GRTO凈化效率高 GRTO成功應(yīng)用于天津雅馬哈電子樂器有限公司的廢氣治理項(xiàng)目，目前已經(jīng)通過驗(yàn)收且安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行一年有余。廢氣源為噴漆廢氣，風(fēng)量140000m3/h，濃度480mg/m3，對于此類大風(fēng)量、低濃度的項(xiàng)目，安居樂采用濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪+GRTO的處理工藝，凈化效率達(dá)99%，遠(yuǎn)低相關(guān)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

How to treat low concentration with large air flow waste stream? Shanghai Anjule has patent designed solutions with the zeolite concentrators to reduce the air flow of the pollutant and concentrate the VOCs before the RTO treatment. Improve the removal efficiency, reduce the operating cost while meeting the regulations. This is a leading technologies in treating VOCs and HAP.
The process flow for zeolite rotary concentrator wheel+ RTO (RCO)
Anjule technology can be applied to work with the process specifications. For example, emission from coating industrial has the characteristic of high air volume: the waste gas was sent to the G-vortex column to remove particulate. After the dehumidifier process, the waste gas was sent to a specially designed filter before entering the rotary concentrator for VOCs adsorption. The removal efficiency can achieve VOC removal efficiency above 90%. A system fan was installed to release the cleaned air, which is in compliance with the regulations. The air stream then transfer to the RTO for further treatment.
1. Rotary entrance with G-vortex column Anjule G-vortex column has a unique vortex structure, purify and remove the paint organic substance from gas. The advantage: 1. Avoid the blockage of the packing media; reduce the operating cost; and achieve high removal efficiency of VOC substance. Minimize the accumulation of the paint substance on the rotary and at a result prevent fire hazard.
2. Advance rotary device
Aujule has set up a laboratory and an engineering center for the design of the exhaust gas VOC treatment. The rotary wheels are imported from Japan; the VOC compounds removal rate are measured in a laboratory to ensure the successful treatment for the environmental projects. The advantage of our rotary concentrator: small size, convenience, low pressure lost and work continuously to concentrate low VOC concentration waste gas. The rotary processed gas has a high concentration of VOC with less volume and therefore reduce the amount of the waste gas for the RTO treatment.
3. Safety guarantee Patent designed of Anjule GRTO has put the fire, explosions and other safety factors into fully consideration. The operation of the GRTO is steady, safe and reliable.
4. Advance Technology GRTO control system equipped with software and hardware interlocks, through temperature, pressure responses, the system reacts immediately to the safety control of the system. Effectively，protect the safety of the system . RTO control system uses PLC, installed inside of the control panels; equipped with flame intensity detector, temperature controllers, alarm, reset, on and off switch, emergency stop, and a recorder; RTO system works seamlessly with the production line without interfering to the existing production.
5. The low operating cost advantage Lower operating cost can be achieved with high VOC concentration in the waste stream. Using a rotary concentrator to reduce the volume of the waste gas is a feasible way in decreasing the cost.

RTO廢氣處理設(shè)備應(yīng)用范圍： 含苯系物、酚類、醛類、酮類、醚類、酯類等有機(jī)成分的石油、化工、塑料、橡膠、制藥、印刷、農(nóng)藥、制鞋、電力電纜生產(chǎn)行業(yè)等。有機(jī)廢氣濃度在100PPM—20000PPM之間。
