產(chǎn)品適用范圍:電鍍實(shí)驗(yàn)<\/td> | 加工定制:否<\/td><\/tr><\/table> 容量:267CC<\/p> 一:簡介<\/span><\/p> 哈氏槽又稱<\/span>霍爾槽<\/span>,<\/span>赫爾槽<\/span>,HULL CELL<\/span>是一種對電鍍?nèi)芤杭群唵斡謱?shí)用的試驗(yàn)槽,<\/span><\/p>系為<\/span>R.O.Hull<\/span>先生在<\/span>1939<\/span>年所發(fā)明的。有<\/span>267 CC<\/span>、<\/span>534 CC<\/span>及<\/span>1000 CC<\/span>三種型式,<\/span><\/p>但以<\/span>267<\/span>**常用。可用以式驗(yàn)各種鍍液,在各種電流密度下所呈現(xiàn)的鍍層情形,以找<\/span><\/p>出實(shí)際操作**的電流密度,屬于一種<\/span>"<\/span>經(jīng)驗(yàn)性<\/span>"<\/span>的試驗(yàn)。通常的做法是將表面故意皺折的<\/span><\/p>陽極,放在圖中的第<\/span>2<\/span>邊<\/span>(<\/span>故意皺折是使其表面積與面對的陰極片相等<\/span>)<\/span>,將陰極放在第<\/span><\/p>4<\/span>邊,至于所用之電流密度及時(shí)間則隨各種鍍液而不定,須不斷試做以找出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件。鍍<\/span><\/p>后可將陰極片的下緣,對準(zhǔn)<\/span>"<\/span>哈氏標(biāo)尺<\/span>"<\/span>上某一所用電流密度處,即可看出陰極片上**區(qū)<\/span><\/p>域所對應(yīng)的實(shí)際電流密度。哈氏槽還有另一用途,是將陽極放在第<\/span>1<\/span>邊而將陰極放在第<\/span>3<\/span><\/p>邊,亦可看出陰極片上最左側(cè)低電流區(qū)的鍍層情形。<\/span><\/p> <\/p>
