加熱器使用注意事項<\/strong>
<\/b>1.PTC加熱器的功率受外部環(huán)境影響很大,理想的測試方法是在標準工況下安裝在整機中進行。通常為便于雙方檢驗確認,實際操作時,是以在整機中確認的封樣件來調(diào)整模擬風道的相關參數(shù)后測試的。測試時環(huán)境溫度一般保持在20<\/span>~25<\/span>℃左右。
2.PTC<\/span>加熱器在工作時有熱膨脹現(xiàn)象,故在結構設計時應考慮加熱器周圍留有一定間隙(5mm<\/span>以上);
3.<\/span>若選用表面帶電型加熱器,在設計時還應考慮防觸電措施及蒸發(fā)器結霜時的安全間距,確保沒有人體、金屬物和霜層觸及的可能。選用表面絕緣型加熱器則較為安全;
4.<\/span>加熱器裝接三相供電時,應采用Y<\/span>型連接,且中性點必須接零線,避免因三相不平衡造成某路加熱器端電壓過高的故障隱患<\/span><\/p>PTC<\/strong>加熱器特性<\/strong>
