行業(yè)介紹

涂裝是指對金屬和非金屬表面覆蓋保護層或裝飾層，是產(chǎn)品表面保護和裝飾采用的最基本的技術手段。涂裝工藝可以簡單歸納為：前處理→噴涂→干燥或固化。前處理一般包括除油、除銹、鈍化(磷化)工藝。針對不同的涂層及對抗腐蝕的要求，除油、除銹、磷化等處理方法要視工件原材料的狀況來選擇。在前處理除銹工藝中，噴砂、拋丸或打磨工藝，也在不同行業(yè)的不同部門按需擇用。

行業(yè)特點

根據(jù)涂裝生產(chǎn)工藝，涂裝廢氣主要來自于前處理、噴涂、干燥過程，所排放的污染物主要為：前處理過程中產(chǎn)生的粉塵或酸霧，噴漆時產(chǎn)生的漆霧和有機溶劑，干燥揮發(fā)時產(chǎn)生的有機溶劑。漆霧主要來自于空氣噴涂作業(yè)中溶劑型涂料飛散的部分，其成分與所使用的涂料一致。有機溶劑主要來自于涂料使用過程中的溶劑、稀釋劑，絕大部分屬揮發(fā)性排放，其主要的污染物為二甲苯、苯、甲苯等。涂裝中排放的有害廢氣主要集中在噴漆生產(chǎn)線上，其中噴漆室、晾干室、烘干室是廢氣的主要發(fā)生源。

處理工藝簡述

對于涂裝行業(yè)，產(chǎn)生廢氣的主要有兩個環(huán)節(jié)：噴涂環(huán)節(jié)和烘干環(huán)節(jié)。
根據(jù)涂裝行業(yè)產(chǎn)生廢氣的特點，對于大風量、低濃度、成分復雜不具有回收價值的涂裝廢氣，優(yōu)先選用熱氧化方式，同時熱量回用至烘干環(huán)節(jié)。

蓄熱氧化

蓄熱焚燒爐英文名為“Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer”，故簡稱為“RTO”，它通常由多個蓄熱室組成。在設備運行前運用點燒器加溫把有機廢氣加熱到800℃以上，從而使廢氣中的VOC在氧化室氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。氧化產(chǎn)生的高溫氣體流經(jīng)特制熱陶瓷，使蓄熱陶瓷升溫而“蓄熱”；此“蓄熱”用于預熱后續(xù)進入的有機廢氣，從而節(jié)省用于廢氣升溫的燃料；蓄熱室，“放熱立即引入已處理合格的潔凈煙氣的一部分對該蓄熱室進行清掃。每個蓄熱室依次經(jīng)歷蓄熱放熱清掃等程序，周而復始，連續(xù)工作。

How to treat low concentration with large air flow waste stream? 安居樂的工藝技術更加貼近廢氣工況，以大風量的噴漆廢氣處理為例：

車間排放有機廢氣通過總管道送至G渦流凈化塔做漆霧顆粒去除處理，后經(jīng)過除霧器，再經(jīng)過專門設計的組合過濾器后，由VOC沸石濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附區(qū)吸附，吸附效率為90%以上；排放廢氣由吸附風機抽出，并達標排放；

濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附住的有機物，從轉(zhuǎn)輪脫附區(qū)域脫附出來進入RTO高溫氧化處理

Anjule technology can be applied to work with the process specifications. For example, emission from coating industrial has the characteristic of high air volume: the waste gas was sent to the G-vortex column to remove particulate. After the dehumidifier process, the waste gas was sent to a specially designed filter before entering the rotary concentrator for VOCs adsorption. The removal efficiency can achieve VOC removal efficiency above 90%. A system fan was installed to release the cleaned air, which is in compliance with the regulations. The air stream then transfer to the RTO for further treatment.

安居樂設有專門的VOC處理實驗室，廢氣治理實驗工程中心，轉(zhuǎn)輪裝置引進日本，實驗測試具體成分的轉(zhuǎn)輪效率，保障項目的成功率。轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附裝置的優(yōu)點體積小、操作方便、壓降低；它可以連續(xù)地將大的廢氣流量處理成濃度足夠低的凈化氣，而解吸出來的氣體則濃度高而流量低，從而進入低風量RTO裝置徹底燃燒。

Aujule has set up a laboratory and an engineering center for the design of the exhaust gas VOC treatment. The rotary wheels are imported from Japan; the VOC compounds removal rate are measured in a laboratory to ensure the successful treatment for the environmental projects.

The advantage of our rotary concentrator: small size, convenience, low pressure lost and work continuously to concentrate low VOC concentration waste gas. The rotary processed gas has a high concentration of VOC with less volume and therefore reduce the amount of the waste gas for the RTO treatment.

GRTO 控制系統(tǒng)設有軟硬體聯(lián)鎖，可通過溫度、壓力等反饋，及時調(diào)節(jié)響應聯(lián)動器件，可有效保障系統(tǒng)安全。RTO控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC,安置在控制盤體內(nèi)；配有火焰強度顯示、高溫控制器、報警、復位、開關機、緊急停機以及記錄儀；RTO系統(tǒng)與產(chǎn)線進行無縫銜接，確保不影響現(xiàn)有工藝及生產(chǎn)。

五、運行費用優(yōu)勢

濃度越高運行成本越低。所以采取合理的技術手段增加有機廢氣進入RTO（RCO）時的濃度，以及減少廢氣處理量是減少RTO（RCO）投資與提高運行效率的有效途徑。
